Coverage Summary
GRcare+ is a 2-year accidental damage protection plan offered for GRmoto exhaust systems. It covers visible damage to eligible parts caused by accidents, whether on the road or track. Each covered part is eligible for one replacement during the 2-year term. Claims have no excess fee and do not require return of the damaged item.
Who’s Eligible
Coverage applies to customers who purchase GRcare+ at the same time as a GRmoto exhaust. It cannot be added retroactively.
Start & Duration
Your policy begins on the day your GRmoto exhaust is purchased. Coverage lasts for exactly 24 months from the purchase date.

● Springs
● Heat Shields
● dB-Killer
● Headers, when purchased at the same with our silencer / exhaust. This applies to visible, accidental external damage only.
What’s Not Covered
● Loss or theft
● Intentional or fraudulent damage
● Internal or non-visible damage
● Heat discolouration or normal wear
● Internal packing or baffling
● Labour or installation costs
● Transit damage from original delivery
Claim Process
To submit a claim:1. Email [email protected]2. Use subject: “Protection Claim + Order #[ORDER_NUMBER]”3. Attach: ○ 2–3 clear photos (close-up of damage, full part, and bike’s exhaust side) ○ A short description of what happenedClaims must be reported within 30 days of the incident. No physical return required.
Replacement Policy
Each covered part is eligible for one replacement within the 2-year period. If the same part is damaged again, it is not eligible for further claims.
