When I opened the box it was all very well packed it also contained a box full of free stuff which is worth having so thats a nice touch as well. Free super fast delivery as well. Great service and fast free delivery, My bike now sounds as a motorbike should and not like a scooter on steroids, it looks so much better as well and weighs far less than the stock BMW one, fitting is very straight forwarded took me about 45-60 minutes from start to finish. I had a small query and contacted customer services and my query was dealt with the next working day by Agne so that's a 5 star to customer services as well. I have tried to upload a couple of photos but the MP is too high on them and I have no idea to change the photo MP so I can't upload them. I highly recommend this company to one all

Had a slight issue with the mounting of the exhaust at first, but upon reaching out to the supplier, who sent out a different mounting bracket, all is good. Sounds fantastic. Great exhaust. Good customer service.

I like the look of these - I ‘ve fitted them to three bikes so far - they improve the look and sound of stock exhausts. Lighter than stock. Very easy to fit. Great product 👍

Originally brought the HEX but was loader than expected as you have to remove the OEM muffler with the BMW exhaust. Reached out to customer service and they offered to send a TriOval to try. Both look lovely and the added box of freebies is a nice touch. Can’t fault their customer service, quick responses and so helpful. Quick postage too.

GRMoto had great communication and was quick to respond. Their shipping is incredibly fast. They were honest to tell me they didn’t know if there was a change with the 2023 KTM 390 Adventure SW that would prevent correct fit but said I’d be able to return free of charge if it didn’t work out. So glad it worked out!

Exhaust can arrived super quick. The price was mega cheap, as it was a very lightly used item, although it was virtually spotless. Gives my old 900 Honda Hornet a more modern twist. But the big plus is it sounds amazing and is street legal. What’s not to like!
